Well it is starting to look like it is over as far as funding your online gambling accounts if you are from the United States. You know have the Department of Justice of the United States trying to get documentation from foreign banks in the UK especially to turn over documentation of money transfers regarding online gambling.

The American Government has gone to far on this issue as they have pissed of the British and they will more than likely just say to Hell with the American Justice Department who to me are no better than a bunch of thugs on this issue. This is a Witch Hunt and they are looking to make examples and the two founders of NeTeller will probably be those examples.

This all goes back to religious right wingers like Bob Goodlatte and the ever so crooked Bill Frist who will probably end up in jail one day for his actions, even though he pretends to be religious. Never should religion be allowed in Government especially when slime balls like these two are elected and force their right wing religious beliefs upon others.

But back to being able to play has hampered a lot of players due to the different online funding providers who have pulled out of the American Market after what happened with the NeTeller incident. I guess we will wait and have to see what happens if their will be alternate methods of funding online gambling and take it from their.

My belief in what has happened with online gambling in the United States is that this all started with the big land based casinos complaining they were losing business to online gambling. Outfits like Harrah's Entertainment gave donations to crooks like Bill Frist to then push forward on banning online gambling with the likes of Bob Goodlatte who took money as well from Horse Racing.

To make a long story short ban online gambling by stopping it at the source which is the funding and then the good old American government will legalize online gambling and the likes of Harrah's Entertainment will be one of those to dominate online gambling in the United States. What they better not forget is that they will probably be banned by other countries from serving their online casinos due to the United Staes banning of online gambling. What goes around usually comes around.

It definitely has to be a royal pain in the behind with trying to gamble online now in the United States. I read news everyday that players may no longer access their online casino accounts because the source of funding has been stopped or that the online casino that they played at no longer takes players from the United States.

I guess the American Government again is now playing God as they did during the Prohibition of Alcohol back during the 1920's and early 1930's. I guess the two founders of NeTeller are the Al Capone of the Age of Prohibition of Alcohol and they need some scape goats to serve as an example to the online gaming industry.

What I find sad is the Religious Right with the likes of the corrupt Bill Frist had his way in getting online gambling to be stopped by cutting it off at the source with the banking. Then you have the Department of Justice going after the founders of NeTeller and then saying money from online gambling is funding terrorism which is unproven and more than likely untrue.

I still put the good part of the blame in the United States with online gambling to the Religious Right and their forcing their beliefs onto others. Never should religion be allowed to be invloved in government but the Bush Administration is so corrupted that how do you even stop it.

Two more years and hopefully will never have to see the likes of a government in the United States as corrupt as the Bush Administration. May be there will be hope to get online gambling legalized as they will do in the UK but not while the Bush Administration is in power.

Well it looks good for the UK but how many online casinos are going to opt in to have to pay a 2 to 3% tax for to obtain a British license and still remain overseas. As well they may relocate to Britain and obtain a license in September under the Gambling Act, but some companies have said they would decline the chance if it meant paying a tax on gross wins.

I guess that this Gambling Act will hold the online casinos to be accountable and as far as I am concerned this may be the way to keep the reputable and honest online casinos online in the UK. We don not need those online casinos to be in the UK that do not look after their players or as well have not been licensed online before, if they want to be online in the UK they will have to play by the rules.

I would sincerely hope that the UK will take a look at the ever so big of list of Rogue and Blacklisted Casinos on the internet and make sure that they are not to be licensed in the UK. This legalizing of online gambling in the UK should as well be the opportunity to keep the already proven dishonest online casinos out of the UK and save future problems for online gamblers.

What the UK is doing with online gambling is definitely the most pro active method of any country in the world. May the American Government be wise enough to learn from the UK experience and legalize online gambling?
